Pre-Press Design

Pre-press design

Custom food and product packaging design.

Choose Emmerson Packaging, and you’ll have the advantage of working with our in-house Mac and ESKO Artwork based graphic technicians to develop your custom packaging designs, ensuring optimum quality on our flexographic presses.

Our graphic experts are actively involved with your own Emmerson Packaging internal team and on-site production personnel. They’ll effectively communicate your detailed printing needs and make any necessary adjustments to your product or food packaging design specifications. Getting your graphics print-ready is a breeze with ESKO Webcenter, available for online file approvals and artwork and dieline archiving.

Once your graphics are finalized, have them printed in jaw-dropping HD, which provides 4000 DPI resolution compared to 2400 DPI with traditional printing. Our HD printing capabilities also offer up to 175 LPI and superior ink lay down and colour control compared to traditional prepress technologies.

We’re quick to iron out potential print quality concerns in the initial stages, eliminating waste and costly time delays.

Emmerson Packaging’s graphic technicians will:

  • Transform your own graphic designs or artwork, making them flexographic friendly
  • Manage conventional and digital workflow, from initial development to plate making
  • Manage your brand’s design elements through consistency and attention to detail

Our library of stock images and vignettes is also available to create line extensions for your food packaging design requirements and other product offerings.
